nearly two decades Simply Heathcotes have worked closely with
local farmers and growers who care. The menu consists of organic
beef from Corwen pedigree stock, naturally reared chicken from
Goosnargh, hand selected cuts of matured Lancashire lamb, Paul
Heathcote's famous Bury black pudding, Welsh rarebit and local
artisan cheese as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables. Simply
Heathcotes only choose the best ingredients so you can really
enjoy the à la carte menu or the daily specials. |
| In
2004 Simply Heathcotes in Liverpool was awarded the Michelin
Bib Gourmand, a rating given to restaurants who offer carefully
prepared yet moderately priced food. The restaurant has retained
the Bib Gourmand award to this day. |

| Children
are always welcome at the restaurant and the extensive children’s
menu includes a donation of 25 pence to Childline for every

Wilson, who played Martin Platt in Coronation Street
for 21 years has undergone a radical career change...he
now makes cheese! |
Sean
has set up the Saddleworth Cheese Co, and uses only
milk from the PR3 postcode in the heart of the Trough
of Bowland. |
Sean
will be hosting a dinner, along with Paul Heathcote
at Simply Heathcotes. He'll present his cheeses and
talk about his acting career and his move to cheese
making. |

4 course menu comprises Seans delicious Lancashire cheeses
including ‘Hows yer Father’, ‘Mouth
Almighty’, ‘Muldoons Picnic’ &
‘Smelly Apeth’. |
