'The Brasserie' at Formby Hall is a new and exciting dining experience providing some of the finest food in the region.
Chef Simon Bower has a passion for food that can only be fully appreciated by tasting his dishes. The former Executive Chef at Michelin star restaurant Northcote Manor is dedicated to bringing diners the very best locally sourced ingredients, and he has created an exciting menu that changes throughout the year to make the most of the seasons’ flavours.

The Brasserie at Formby Hall has fabulous views overlooking the golf course, as does the Cocktail Lounge and The 19th Hole Bar. Perfect for a pre-dinner drink or relaxing with friends.
The cheaper brasserie luncheon offers the versatility for the diner to come in and just have a starter, main or dessert and this in essence speeds up the delivery.
The evening brasserie menu is a little more eclectic and offers exciting food using locally sourced produce, creating simple, sumptuous and attractively presented dishes with nuances from around the world. This menu will also change with the seasons.
